Powermeals is an ideal solution for busy moms in Switzerland.
Postpartum or 4th trimester, is a very special time ideal for physical and emotional healing. The body is replenish lost nutrients, focusing on milk production and rebalancing hormones. While doing that we need to take care of a little miracle that requires a lot of love and attention. My 2nd son Louis was born in January 2023 and as my 2nd baby, I knew what I can change and add to the daily schedule. Warm, delicious meals were an important part of each day for me and my family and it was also something that I could outsource. I knew that I will not want to cook for at least 6 weeks after my baby was born. However, at the same time, I wanted delicious and healthy food for my daily meals. I didn’t want to take time to think in the morning which take away I am going to order. I also wanted food to be as much home-made and healthy as possible. This is where Powermeals fitted perfectly.
I truly think that there is no better gift that a mother can get, so freshly delivered food was just perfect.

Powermeals- what is it?
I discovered Powermeals when I was pregnant and thought that I will use it during postpartum. It is an organic meal delivery service. Every person can choose a menu based on their needs. There are different sizes, needs and options. There is something for people who eat meat, vegetarians and vegans. Meals are fully customizable. Powermeals are full of nutrition and menu changes often.
I loved the fact that I could do the planning of my meals for the next week or event month. Like this, I didn’t have to worry every day about what will I eat. Believe me with a newborn and another child in the house that was important for me. I was mostly choosing Low-carb and Balanced options, mixing between vegetarian, meat and fish dishes.
There is a delivery available every day or every few days. I preferred to receive a few meals at once and store the rest in the fridge, food was still fresh like that.
How to prepare Powermeals?
Powermeals are so easy to serve. They are stored in a box that can be used in the microwave, however, I was also heating them up in the oven on a tray. It was taking me 2 min to have lunch or dinner for the family ready on the table.
My 4 biggest problems that were solved by using Powermeals:
- Time to Shop Products
- Time to think about what will I cook
- Time to prep and cook
- Providing my body with the nutrition that I needed during postpartum and breastfeeding.
Powermeals saved my time and allowed me to spend a quality time with my newborn baby.
